Women Organizing Women, Inc. core mission is mentor and support:
- at-risk young girls and young ladies between the ages of 13-25
- women who owns and operate micro businesses and grass root nonprofit organizations
- Undeserved women
- Application and payment deadline is August 1, 2017. Booths approval and assignment are made based on the date of the application receipt. Applications will not be reviewed without all the required information.
- Set up times for Exhibitors will be on Friday, September 8, 2017 9am-5pm. Doors open at 5pm for the Nonprofit/Small Business Exhibition and Welcome Reception.
- Nonprofit/Small Business Exhibition hours for Saturday, September 9,2017 are 8am -5pm. Exhibitors are expected to remain open during these hours. If tickets have been purchase to attend the conference, please alternate staff coverage at the exhibit table.
- Conference admittance is not included in the price of your booth. However, we encourage you to purchase a ticket to attend. Each staff member who wants to attend the conference must purchase a ticket. You will receive 2 exhibit hall passes for you and a staff member to work the booth, the exhibit hall passes do NOT allow entry into the conference.
- Conference volunteers will be on staff to assist you in setting up and breaking down your booths.
- Booths include skirted table and 2 chairs.
- No food or beverages may be sold.
- Please inform us if you are in need of electricity at your booth station
- Exhibitors will breakdown their booths between the hours of 5pm-7pm on Saturday, September 9, 2017
- Acceptance as an exhibitor is based on a review of your application and is at the sole discretion of the conference organizers.
- Cancellations must be requested IN WRITING via email. No refunds will be issued.
